House Rules
No cooking fish or seafood inside the house. We have an outdoor kitchen available for cooking seafood and fish. NO smoking inside house. $100 fee applied if house smells like any smoke, the O-zone machine takes time away from our maintenance crew, and possible future guest check-ins. We strive to give our guests the utmost respectful and clean stays. IF property is left in horrid, unacceptable condition, meaning, Check-out instructions were not followed, Doors not locked or open , etc, there WILL be a mandatory $250 extra cleaning fee. ( between 2 properties and over a year of hosting, we've only ever encountered 1 guest who we had to up-charge, it's not a common occurrence . ) While we don't expect our guests to all share the same sense of hospitality, this rule is for the rowdy bunch who don't clean up after themselves. NO unauthorized pets allowed, if animals are brought and not made aware, an up-charge of $50- $150 may be applied. Service animals ( up to 2 ) are welcome !
